Shipping Policy

We want your EqualFuel to arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Here is what to expect.

Delivery commitment

Your order arrives within 7 days of the day you place it. Most orders arrive well before that. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our California facility, usually within 1–2 business days of your order.

Shipping rates

• Flat $7 shipping on every U.S. order, to all 50 states. The rate does not change with order size or weight.
• Subscription orders ship automatically on your chosen schedule, at the same flat rate.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only, to all 50 states. We are not shipping internationally at this time.

Sales tax

Sales tax is not currently added at checkout. Depending on where you live, you may owe use tax directly to your state. We will update this page as our state registrations are completed.

Problems with your delivery

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact info@equalfuel.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
